Microgaming has introduced a brand new game in collaboration with All41 Studios — Gold Collector. It is a classic slot game with five reels, four rows and 50 paylines. As you might expect, Gold Collector's setting is a gold mine with symbols inspired by gold mining equipment. The game does not leave out any details, and the graphics are praise-worthy. However, the sound effects and background music are not on the level we’ve learned to expect from Microgaming. When it comes to bonus features, players will most likely look forward to the newly added incentive called Hyperhold. This is a respin feature you can access using gold coins with mountains. The gold coins appear on any reel, but only three or more will activate the Hyperhold feature.
Aside from that, you might come across a standard free spins feature. When three scatter symbols land on reels two, three, and four, you’ll be able to take advantage of an additional eight free spins. You can expect many more benefits from Gold Collector once you start playing. Finally, your bets can be anywhere from £0.01 to £100 per spin, meaning you won’t be able to cash out more than £120,000. So, despite the slot’s medium volatility, you can expect to get more winning combinations than what you may be used to. However, the game still lacks a progressive jackpot and Megaways features, meaning you can’t expect gigantic payouts.
