Go on an Adventure Amidst the Mystical Pyramids in 3 Oak Gaming’s New Slot Game — Maya Sun: Hold and Win

3 Oak Gaming has launched another Maya-themed title — Maya Sun: Hold and Win. The developer decided to bolster its popular Hold and Win series with a release that includes free spins, a boost feature, jackpots, mystery symbols, and much more.
The game is set across a standard 5x3 grid with 30 paylines and a slightly below-average RTP of 95.5%. It takes players to the heart of the Mexican jungle, allowing them to win 14,078x their bet. Landing at least three low- or high-paying symbols awards a win. The wild (shaman) is the highest paying symbol, guaranteeing a 12x prize for five-of-a-kind. It appears on all reels and substitutes all symbols except the scatter and bonus.
Landing three Mayan pyramids (scatter) activates the free spins feature. Players start with 10 FS but get another five for every three scatters landed during this mode. The bonus symbol is worth 1x to 15x the bet. The developer introduced another exciting feature that only appears on the middle reel — the boost. It is activated when the boost and bonus symbols simultaneously land on the board. When this happens, all the values on the grid are summed up and added to the bonus pot for that round. Six bonus symbols on the board trigger the bonus game. The winning symbols then turn sticky, and players are presented with special reels filled with bonus symbols. They get three respins to start with, and each new symbol that hits the board also turns sticky, resetting the respin count back to 3. Bonus icons carry one of the four jackpot prizes — mini (worth 20x), minor (50x), major (150x), or grand (2,000x). On top of that, the game has mystery symbols, which can transform into any of the jackpots or a Super Bonus symbol. If a Super Bonus icon and five bonus symbols pop up on the board, this will activate the Super Bonus game, bringing a much higher winning potential. The feature ends when all respins are depleted or when the grid is filled with bonus symbols. The latter will result in a 10,000x Royal Jackpot.
