iSoftBet Comes Out With a Customisable Jackpot Tool for Enhanced Gaming Experiences

iSoftBet has released the Jackpot Tool, a data-driven and customisable player engagement solution that will bring gaming to a whole new level. This comes after iSoftBet’s comprehensive research of the current market, which focused on real money players and their experience with engagement tools. The results came back to the providers and two main areas that they should highlight — giving players a choice and customising their offerings.

During the first launch phase, the Jackpot Tool significantly boosted player engagement. Namely, 35% more spins were generated on the games using the tool than on those without it. Additionally, it showed a 350% increase in bets and 150% in active players. The chief product officer at iSoftBet, Andrew Bonnici, said that simply creating games is not enough anymore because today’s players demand different experiences. He added that the Jackpot Tool significantly improves player experience and operator offerings, alongside iSoftBet’s suite of advanced player engagement solutions. He also commented on the market research and how it helped them create an easy-to-integrate series and customised solutions that help keep players engaged. Jackpot Tool is only one of numerous iSoftBet player engagement solutions that feature achievements, tournaments, free rounds, and real-time data solutions.
