Pragmatic Play Unveils Candy Blitz: Its Latest Riches-Filled Slot Treat

Pragmatic Play never fails to surprise with a new slot title, and this week was no exception. After releasing the animal-themed Big Bass Hold & Spinner Megaways™ and Mustang Trail™ last month, the developer switched gears. It went back to one of the most successful slot series in its suite — sweet-inspired games packed with lucrative features. Candy Blitz is everything you would expect from a game like this, and then some.
The new sugary addition draws inspiration from Pragmatic Play’s most popular slot titles like Sugar Rush™, Sweet PowerNudge™, and Sweet Bonanza CandyLand™. Players will return to the colourful wonderland with its bright skies and fields made of ice cream and get to spin the candy-covered reels, enjoying lively music and amusing animations. However, the game's revamped design and features promise an entirely fresh adventure. Candy Blitz offers a 6-reel, 5-row gaming grid covered in various low and high-paying candy symbols. Instead of matching across fixed paylines or progressive megaways, the symbols cluster to generate rewards. Players have the freedom to craft clusters as they see fit but must match 8 or more identical symbols to secure a payout.
To help them score, Pragmatic Play took out the big guns — Tumbles, Multipliers, and Free Spins. The Tumble feature replaces winning symbols with continuous tumbles for extra prizes. Multipliers appear on a special reel on the left-hand side of the base grid, with random 5 of them worth up to 500x your stake being attached on each spin. Free spins are triggered by at least 4 scatters, giving you 10, 12, or 14 extra shots at the top prize at no cost. With this many resources, the possibilities are endless. Irina Cornides, Chief Operating Officer at Pragmatic Play, agrees. She shared the company’s excitement about the new title with its fans, emphasising the slot’s classic theme infused with exciting new treats “is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth”.
