Try the HyperHold™ Mechanic in Microgaming’s Latest Slot — 6 Tokens of Gold

Ever since Microgaming announced a release of 20 new titles, we’ve been following up on and testing every single one. The latest addition to the family is 6 Tokens of Gold, a 5x3 slot with a HyperHold™ mechanic created in collaboration with All41 Studios.
This slot is the second game Microgaming released with the HyperHold™ feature. With 25 paylines, 6 Tokens of Gold allows its players to hit a Maxi Jackpot of 1,000x the stake. If you trigger the bonus round, a 3x3 symbol will appear in the middle of the reels, and you’ll have a chance to win up to 1,300x the stake. Although the game comes from the innovative All41 Studios, this release is a far cry from the first Microgaming release with the HyperHold™ system, Assassin Moon. That title was a breath of fresh air, especially with the 12,500x maximum win.
However, 6 Tokens of Gold seems to be more forgiving in terms of volatility, allowing players to generate wins more often. The HyperHold™ feature is triggered when you collect at least six gold coins on the reels. It’s also called Hold & Respin, as you begin the round with three respins. In addition to the Maxi Jackpot, you can also trigger two more jackpots — Mini and Mega, worth 30x and 100x your stake, respectively. On top of that, the game boasts a free spins feature that can provide extra wins. Even though the game resembles many other fruit machine-inspired slots, the HyperHold™ mechanic gives it the necessary kick to stand out from the crowd. If you’re up for a medium-volatility slot, this might be a good fit.
