Yggdrasil Grants Explosive Wins in Its Latest Release Gold Fever

Yggdrasil, a frontrunner in the online gaming entertainment industry, has partnered with AceRun to launch their newest online casino product — Gold Fever. The game will take players on an exciting gold-mining expedition and reward them with significant wins that could go up to 1,080x their bet.
Gold Fever is powered by GATI, Yggdrasil’s proprietary technology that allows developers to create and distribute cutting-edge content quickly. It features a 5x3 grid with 10 paylines with a Wild West-inspired background. The game is highly volatile, with an RTP of 96.25% and a hit frequency rate of 13.12%.
Symbols-wise, there are five low-paying and four high-paying ones (a pick axe, a lantern, a mining cart, and a lump of gold). There is also a scatter (a detonator) that awards up to 20 free spins (3 scatters = 12 FS, 4 scatters = 15 FS, and 5 scatters = 20 FS) in the base game. However, once triggered during the bonus round, it grants an additional 12, 15, and 20 FS if three, four, or five of them land on the reels. Even if only two scatters pop up, you’ll receive three extra FS. Once the bonus round starts, the wild symbol (the miner) enters the scene. It substitutes all symbols except the scatter and collects dynamite prizes in the bonus round. However, the wild’s greatest advantage is the Collecting Bonus feature, represented by various dynamite sticks. There are seven of them, each with a different value, from 2x to 50x your bet. The great thing about this feature is that each time a miner shows up, it collects the cumulative prize value of all dynamites on the reels, which can result in a massive payout in a single round. Yggdrasil's head of product and programmes, Stuart McCarthy, has stated that one of the YG Masters programme's strongest features is its diversity and breadth. Thus, the company was pleased to release Gold Fever in collaboration with AceRun. McCarthy has added that this is a highly entertaining game thanks to its exciting gameplay and straightforward bonus features. Head of development at AceRun, Jeroen van der Heijden, explained that their high-detail art style and easy-to-understand bonus feature helped them add their own unique flavour to this mining genre. He concluded by saying that with Gold Fever, they aimed to maximise the potential of the YG Masters programme to its full potential.
